Refund Policy

• ​Booking Deposits are non-refundable 

• Cancelations will be refunded with a 72-hour notice or rescheduled

• Weather/safety: Light rain is ok but if the Captain believes the conditions are unsafe the trip will be refunded or rescheduled 

•   Behavioral/ Alcohol: The Captain may terminate a trip at any time due to intoxication or bad behavior. Safety is our #1 priority and there will be no refund. 

• No shows: Guests who do not show up will not be refunded
